This Website is operated for Postech Hamilton, a local Postech dealer serving Hamilton and surrounding communities. Postech products, trademarks, technical materials, and network resources may be owned or licensed by Pieux Vistech Inc. or other Postech entities.

The parent Postech website at postechpiles.com is operated separately and is governed by its own terms.

3. Permitted website use

The Website is provided to describe services, share general information, display past projects, and help visitors contact Postech Hamilton. You may use it only for lawful personal or business purposes.

Website content about screw piles, foundations, excavation, construction methods, capacities, costs, timelines, permits, soil, frost, engineering, and building-code considerations is general information only. Unknown subsurface conditions, concealed utilities, access constraints, hazardous materials, weather, third-party delays, and changes required by authorities or design professionals may affect project scope, price, and timing.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, product information, downloads, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Postech Hamilton, Pieux Vistech Inc., or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
