Project detail
A covered timber-frame deck carries roof weight and must resist wind, uplift, and seasonal movement in addition to normal floor loads. The pile positions therefore needed to align precisely with the timber posts, beams, and finished deck geometry.
For this Binbrook project, P312 helical piles provided immediate support without concrete formwork or curing delays. Compact installation equipment also reduced disturbance around the residential property and allowed the framing stage to follow efficiently.
